Lixxus offer you free online and telephone support 9 till 5.30 and for the managed service solutions 24/7/365. In addition you can self diagnose simple issues using the comprehensive online tool set available at LOUI (Lixxus Online User Interface); this includes live monitoring, status reporting and simple hardware diagnostic tools.

3. “Not passing the buck to third parties, finding a resolution fast.”

We know our customers do not want to hear that your downtime resolution lies with a third party supplier. For this reason, we supply you with a project managed end-to-end solution so there is no passing the buck.

4. Show me real customer case studies and allow us to carry our Due Diligence.”

Lixxus have case studies that allow you to grade us against our competitors. We like to let our customers do the selling for us.

5. Don’t hide statistics. Supply monthly reporting and updates to prove the SLA.
