- Auto Attendant - Callers are greeted by a corporate message before directing them to the department of choice.
- Call Waiting - users will be alerted to a second incoming call in order to clear the line if desired.
- Call Forwarding - Users may forward inbound calls to another number as and when required subject to the cost of the onward call where applicable.
- Call Diversion - Users will be able to send incoming calls to any telephone number anywhere in the world.
- Inbound Caller CLI - The inbound caller number can be passed through to the receiver's telephone handset if supported.
- Outbound Caller CLI - The outbound caller CLI can be preset as required.
- Virtual Numbers - Choose a public number with a dial code almost anywhere in the UK.
- Hunt Groups - incoming calls will ring multiple phones either simultaneously or sequentially.
- Conferencing Facility - a free dial in conferencing service.
- Call Recording - Both outbound and inbound calls can be recorded and stored for 48 hours. Longer storage periods can be provided subject to detailed requirements.
- Voicemail - In the event that a call is not answered the caller will be invited to leave a message. All voicemail messages can be sent via e-mail directly to the end user at a predefined address.
- Fax to e-mail - Incoming faxes can be stored and attached to an e-mail and sent to the intended recipient.
- Call Statistics - Live access to all inbound and outbound call statistics including visibility of any associated call charges.
- Call Barring - Every user can have the ability to make "external" calls barred. This ensures that the system is only used for internal calling should this be desired.

Circuits
The number of circuits required will depend mainly on the
number of locations or buildings to be covered but the bandwidth
requirement of each circuit will be dependent upon the estimated
number of concurrent calls to be made at any given location.
